Фосфатмобилизирующие микроорганизмы как фактор устойчивости растений к солевому стрессу

Аннотация

Исследование проводили с целью первичного скрининга 27 штаммов ризосферных фосфатмобилизирующих микроорганизмов, относящихся к родам Enterobacter, Klebsiella и Bacillus, по способности противостоять солевому стрессу и повышать устойчивость к нему растений (на примере семян горчицы белой Sinapis alba). Отношение к солевому воздействию устанавливали методом посева на плотной питательной среде NBRIP (National Botanical Research Institute’s Phosphate growth medium) с концентрациями NaCl 0,2; 0,4; 0,6 %. Во всех опытных вариантах интенсивный рост сохраняли 17 штаммов, высокую фосфатмобилизирующую активность – 6 штаммов. В лабораторном эксперименте простерилизованные семена горчицы белой сорта Омега инокулировали водными суспензиями 6 бактериальных штаммов, проявивших галотолерантные свойства (титр 1×106 кл/мл), и проращивали на среде Кнопа с NaCl. Всхожесть семян в присутствии 0,2 и 0,4 % NaCl под действием штамма Bacillus sp.1 возрастала на 25 и 42 % соответственно; в присутствии 0,6 % NaCl под действием штамма Enterobacter sp.2 – на 51 %.Стимулирование длины корней проростков в присутствии 0,2 % NaCl обеспечил штамм Enterobacter sp.11 (на 104 %); в присутствии 0,4 % NaCl – штамм Bacillus sp.1 (на 110 %); 0,6 % NaCl – штамм Enterobacter sp.2 (на 238 %). Увеличение длины гипокотиля в присутствии 0,2 % NaCl отмечали в варианте со штаммом Enterobacter sp.1 (на 68 %); 0,6 % NaCl – со штаммом Enterobacter sp.2 (на 53 %). Повышению сырой биомассы проростков в присутствии 0,2 % NaCl способствовали штаммы: Enterobacter sp.11 и Enterobacter sp.1 (на 20 %); в присутствии 0,4 и 0,6 % NaCl – Enterobacter sp.2 (на 75 и 133 % соответственно). Изученные галотолерантные штаммы эффективно смягчают осмотический и ионный стресс, что позволяет рекомендовать их для использования в рамках агробиотехнологий на засоленных почвах.
